Dust laden air enters the dust collector through the hopper or casting depending upon the application. An internal baffle distributes the dirty air within the housing, dust laden air slows down as it enters the collector.

Enviropol has commissioned more than 400+ equipment across industries for various Particulate Emissions and Gaseous Emissions and has contributed to Mother Nature In reduction of Emission Footprints.
Enviropol has successfully commissioned Hybrid Model of Bagasse Dryer (Bagasse Dryer integrated with Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) on our 90 TPH Bagasse fired Boiler in 2019. It is cleaning the Flue Gases to below 50 mg/Nm3 SPM while reducing the moisture in Bagasse from 50% to 39%. The WESP Integrated with Dryer is also a High Efficiency Polishing Filter to capture ultra fine particulate matter. With space constraints, this appears to be a good technical achievement in Pollution Control.
This is to certify that the Nye tray Wet Scrubber has been designed, manufactured & commissioned by M/s Enviropol. The Nye tray System has been performing satisfactorily since its installation.
Enviropol has successfully commissioned MEPA (Maximum Efficiency Particulate Abatement) device consisting of ESP integrated with Electrified Gravel Bed (EGB) Precipitator on our 35 TPH Spent wash fired Incineration Boiler commissioned in Sept 2019. The MEPA device is running satisfactory. The outlet emission has been measured around 50 mg/Nm3.
Enviropol has supplied Bagasse Dryer™ for our 48 and 100 TPH Boilers. The Moisture in mill bagasse is reduced from 49 to 38% at the rated drying capacity 45 & 25 TPH. We are highly satisfied with the Installation.
